Celebrations on Saturday

Pilgrimage on Friday

We were blessed with sunny weather - mostly. The first part of the route followed the A59 Doreen had a trendy flourescent coat that stopped the traffic. Sometimes.
Ross, Neil and Chris really were there! The cathedral looms into view View down Hope Street from the Metropolitan cathedral
One of Liverpool's many fine buildings Appropriately approaching Pilgrim Street... ...which leads to the cathedral
A welcome welcome sign Though few welcomers were to be seen The scale of the cathedral is always breathtaking
Stephen seems pleased Richard manages to get on his own photos And then it started to rain
We carried a cross Stephen and the ancient tractor The support vehicle - thankfully no emergencies
